Fujian Guanzhong Technology Co., Ltd. was established on September 1st, 2020. The company is located in light industry Avenue, Dongping Town, Yongchun County, Quanzhou City, Fujian Province. In response to the national call for energy conservation, emission reduction and environmental protection, the company has actively invested in the R & D, production and sales of degradable materials. The main raw materials of the products are biodegradable resins and natural bio based materials. It is a professional technology-based enterprise dedicated to specialized production, research and development, and sales of bio based & bio degradable composites and products.

The total investment in phase I of the project is 600million yuan. The "annual output of 90000 tons of bio based & Bio fully degradable modified composite materials and products" is listed in the key projects of Fujian Province in 2021. Introduce 8 imported / domestic full-automatic Blister molding production lines, 6 imported / domestic degradable sheet extrusion production lines, 8 straw extrusion / packaging full-automatic production lines, 70 degradable film blowing / printing production units, 90 supporting bag making production lines and 50 automatic injection molding production lines.

The company has established long-term school enterprise cooperation with many colleges and universities, and has applied for more than 10 patent projects, one of which has been authorized by the national patent office.

At the initial stage, the company has 5 technical R & D teams. By the end of 2022, a municipal bio based product system R & D center and an academician workstation will be established, and the R & D team will grow to 30.

The products independently researched and developed by the company and put into large-scale production include: Bio based environmental protection materials and products series, fully biodegradable materials and products series, in which the bio based content is 25-80%, which greatly saves the use proportion of petroleum based materials, and the physical and mechanical properties have reached or even exceeded the level of similar petroleum based materials products.

In the process of development, the company strictly implements the mission of green environmental protection and always implements the concept of green environmental protection through the full life cycle ecological design concept of material saving and reduction at the source, energy saving and consumption reduction in the process, and emission reduction at the end. The product has passed the national standards such as gb/t 19277.1-2011 determination of ultimate aerobic biodegradability of materials under controlled composting conditions, gb/t 4806.7-2016 national food safety standard plastic materials and products for food contact, gb/t 38082-2019 biodegradable plastic shopping bags, gb/t 18006.1-2009 general technical requirements for plastic disposable tableware, etc. The product is applying for EU EN13432, US ASTM d6400, Australia as4736 industrial compost certification, US fda21 cfr171.170 and EU en 71part3 requirements for food contact materials.

The domestic market is basically based on agency and customization, and sales branches in various districts are gradually established in first tier cities. The foreign market mainly focuses on the convenience retail industry. At present, it has obtained intentional cooperation with the world-famous chain convenience store giants.
